Sutcliffe are a firm of Consulting Civil, Structural Engineers, Building Surveyors and Environmental Consultants based in purpose built Headquarters in the heart of Liverpool.
We are proud to have established a high standard of excellence in consulting for over 2 decades.
We can provide independent advice to clients on a wide range of technical matters including structural design and detailing, defect investigation, infrastructure design and flood risk assessment, environmental and site investigation, building surveying and Health and Safety Management.
