Our division Sutcliffe Investigations is responsible for all geotechnical and environmental investigations.

We are able to give a total solution for all sites which includes:

• Conceptual Modelling

• Intrusive Investigation by trial pits and/or boreholes

• Contamination Testing in accordance with BS 10175, and BS5930

• Water and Gas sampling and testing

• Report giving recommendations for site remediation, optimum foundation solutions, and risk assessments
