Sutcliffe are proud to be involved in Urban Regeneration with one of our recent key areas being Tranmere. We have completed several developments there in the last five years, including housing of various types and a new urban village.

Sutcliffe projects have well-established relationships with a number of housing associations, which have now embraced Egan Compliance and Rethinking Construction. In 2001 we were involved in LHT’s development towards Egan Compliance, which successfully resulted in us being one of their selected partners.
