Sutcliffe's aim is to raise much-needed funds to help support patients and their families across our city with excellent, individualised end-of-life and bereavement care for every patient, every family and every time.

 

Director of Nursing and founder of the SWAN model, Fiona Murphy MBE will be investing all money raised in transforming end-of-life care and ensuring all NHS teams have the resources and environment required to uniquely support individual needs. 

 

We would love for you to join us to celebrate the irreplaceable doctors, nurses and NHS staff who treat, save, support, protect and significantly improve the lives of our friends, family and colleagues across the Liverpool City Region. 

 

All of us have been touched by the devastating loss of loved ones.

All funds raised will help to successfully deliver the SWAN model within our city and to help provide extra special touches in people's final moments.
